Adventures in Glass Sculpting with Julia and Robin Rogers
When: , Jun 20 - Jun 24
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuition $900.00
Instructor: Julia and Robin Rogers

In our class we will explore a variety of sculpting techniques including: solid work (hot and cold core), blown sculpture (including inside sculpting), bit work, garage and assembly, specific sculpture punties, and color application. You will learn to work on a team by helping put our demo pieces together. Teamwork is an essential and exciting part of glass sculpting and will also be executed during a final class collaborative project. Julia and Robin are very hands on and look forward to helping you create your sculptures. They enjoy teaching a variety of skill levels. Students who have no sculpting experience are encouraged to apply and will be astonished at how quickly they pick up sculpting techniques after having a background in blowing. We will also make time for slide shows to share past work.
