In conjunction with the exhibition smash the ceiling, floor, and walls: take the broken shards and blow it back curated by Alyssa Velazquez, we invite you to join us in this fast paced, body positive class where we will explore sculpting the female form with glass rods in a 3,000-degree flame.

This is an all-day deep dive class that will allow you to create multiple sculptures, hone your skill, and progress through bodily forms throughout the day. We will start with a heart shape and from there we will progress to sculpting boobs and booties. Class will culminate in the creation of a female torso. Instruction will cover safety, torch operation, and a variety of solid sculpting techniques.

Class time includes a short tour and introduction to exhibition with curator, Alyssa Velazquez and 30-minute break for lunch. Lunch is not provided but we do have a refrigerator on site if needed.
