What if you could create beautiful glass art AND save materials from going to the landfill? Spoiler alert...YOU CAN! That’s just what we’ll do in this 4-week class. We’ll focus exclusively on creating one-of-a-kind glass vessels using the remnant glass left from previous courses at Pittsburgh Glass Center.

We’ll work with the material in the manner of Wabi-Sabi, allowing slight imperfections to remain and be beautiful while discussing the fundamentals of kilnformed glass such as heat work, compatibility, and annealing.

All you need to bring is your imagination and creative spirit.
