Drew Kail has been a glass artist since 2012, specializing in kilnformed glass and sustainability in glass art. He is inspired by bright colors, color theory, our relationship to the objects we own, and Nordic design history. Drew has worked for Bullseye Glass Company in Portland, Oregon, and the Pittsburgh Glass Center, where he is currently an instructor. In 2023 Drew became the kiln glass consultant for Wissmach Glass Company. In 2015 Drew co-founded Camp Copeland Studio in Braddock Pennsylvania. Along with his wife Alyssa, Drew continues to create cutting-edge kilnformed glass art, teach and explore the possibilities in contemporary craft.
